About Me
Welcome to Castalia Compass. I am Constantine, your life coach. Willing to undertake all GOALS my clients may have, from business/career development to weight loss, I am particularly interested in personal and relationship growth, parenting and addiction (both, in terms of recovery, as well as successfully maintaining sobriety). I am a certified Life Coach, a writer and, most proudly, a father of two awesome children.
Born in the UK in 1982, I was brought up between Cyprus and England.
I studied Politics and International Relations with a focus on International Law and Understanding Other Cultures, before proceeding to follow an MBA and complete a Masters by Research in Politics and Government, with a focus on European expansion and specifically socioeconomic matters.
As an adult, I began to develop a fascination in human psychology and social behaviour. Along with a passion for philanthropic and charitable movements, my aim is to help society and people, from all walks of life, to the best of my abilities.
